Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development (Outbound Prospecting).
• Identify and target ecommerce, retail, and fulfillment operators.
• Build, qualify, and nurture a pipeline of prospects through research, outreach, and follow-up.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover hiring velocity gaps and retention issues.
• Support prospects through the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed agreement.
