Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Sales Engineer to join the Enterprise West team in a remote capacity, reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering. You will create technical presentations, gather requirements, and guide product evaluations with customers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales engineering or network systems integration, a CS degree or equivalent, and hands-on cybersecurity and networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls). CISSP/CCNA/Security+ are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
• Hands-on cybersecurity and networking knowledge with TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
• Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet goals and needs.
• Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
• Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide to successful outcomes.
