Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for a remote role reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering in the Exposure Management department. You will create and deliver technical product presentations, gather requirements, and guide product evaluations to successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales engineering or network systems integration, a CS degree or equivalent, and strong cybersecurity and networking fundamentals. Certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI‑driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain.
• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator.
• Proven cybersecurity and networking technical background with hands‑on experience in TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
• Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions will meet customer goals and needs.
• Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
• Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes.
