Job summary

Rhombus is seeking a Sales Engineer for our Enterprise team. You’ll be the technical resource across pre-sales, demos, integrations, and custom solutions, partnering with Sales and Engineering to ensure a seamless onboarding for enterprise customers.

The role emphasizes building relationships with CTOs, CISOs, and network architects, delivering POCs, translating customer requirements into scalable security solutions, and contributing to product feedback to guide engineering priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical sales role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.).
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical contact for prospects and customers during pre-sales.
• Build relationships with CTOs, CISOs, and Network Architects.
• Partner with Sales to understand deal progress and tailor solutions.
