Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our EMEA B2B sales team. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland or the UK, and this hybrid role is based near Cork, Ireland, or fully remote for other eligible locations.

You will support pre-sales and post-sales activities, match technical requirements to Keeper solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to help customers deploy Keeper securely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role (Sales Engineer, Systems/Solutions Engineer, etc).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; entrepreneurial drive.
• Experience with Windows/Active Directory and UNIX/Linux; cloud tech (AWS, Azure).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support throughout the sales process.
• Identify customer opportunities and map technical requirements to Keeper solutions.
• Conduct remote, on-site, or customer-location demonstrations and trials.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to communicate features and updates.
• Address technical questions and objections to drive customer confidence.
• Deliver training sessions and become a technical advisor to customers and partners.
• Maintain Salesforce activity and reports for management.
