Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Global Sales Director to own the enterprise sales function for a Travel SaaS platform. This remote role includes roughly 25% travel and focuses on closing high-value enterprise deals with large national and multinational companies.

You'll shape go-to-market strategy, build and manage a robust pipeline, and cultivate executive relationships across finance, travel, and procurement to drive sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years selling to enterprise B2B customers.
• 4+ years in corporate travel services or adjacent industry.
• Proven results landing and growing Fortune 1000 relationships.
• History of closing deals worth $1M+.
• Familiarity with corporate travel, payments, expense management, events, or fintech.
• C-suite credibility and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience coaching and managing sales talent.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and carry out the strategy for growing enterprise revenue.
• Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of large, strategic target accounts.
• Own major deals end to end, from the first conversation through signed contract.
• Establish and deepen executive-level relationships with prospects and current clients.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and client-facing teams.
• Give leadership reliable pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Serve as the company's face with key clients and at industry events.
