Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned to company objectives and market opportunities.
• Set sales targets, quotas, and deliver annual/quarterly revenue forecasts.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle to ensure predictable revenue.
• Lead, coach, and develop frontline sales managers and teams to achieve performance objectives.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value, strategic deals.
