• Skilled with PC applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business relationships; close acceptance gaps and expand strategic portfolio.
• Provide proactive consultation to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase Amex sales, market share, and profitability.
• Build relationships with accounts through in-person and digital interactions.
• Identify opportunities and implement income strategies and solutions.
• Communicate the Amex fee story to promote relevance.
• Monitor and evaluate enterprise outcomes and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Engage with C-level, finance, treasury, sales, advertising, and marketing stakeholders.
• Leverage Amex products and market knowledge to tailor solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources to facilitate sales and educate merchants.
