Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior Supply Chain Management experience.
• Experience with Planning Software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence customers.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to perform challenging tasks with potential high monetary impact.
• Creative problem solving and detailed Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers and ensure they receive value from Baxter Planning solutions.
• Lead for assigned small to medium Planning as a Service (PaaS) accounts and partner with internal resources to meet supply chain objectives.
• Analyze customer data and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Act as escalation point for customer concerns on key PaaS accounts.
• Prepare and lead meetings with assigned customers.
• Drive adoption across the customer’s user base.
• Develop Business Review presentations for executive management showing progress and opportunities.
