Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise Implementations to lead complex, customer-facing SaaS deployment projects for enterprise customers in a remote-friendly US environment. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Operations to deliver measurable customer value.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and governance skills to drive on-time, on-scope delivery across multiple teams and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Experience delivering software implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage external customer-facing projects.
• Strong planning, risk management, and governance skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and success measures.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
• Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to ensure project commitments are met.
• Facilitate project governance activities including stakeholder meetings, executive reviews, status reporting, and decision-making forums.
• Partner with customers to establish implementation strategies that align technology delivery with business objectives.
