North American Roofing is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead complex B2B sales for roofing solutions with property owners and facility managers. You will build your own pipeline, own accounts, and operate in a remote field role with substantial autonomy.

This is a full-time W2 position offering a base salary plus commission. Expect to travel up to 75% to meet clients on-site, rooftops, and offices while developing account strategies and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales with solution selling.
• 2+ years selling to large enterprise accounts.
• Experience in roofing, facilities, or commercial construction sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive full sales cycles from prospecting to close with regional and enterprise accounts.
• Develop account-specific strategies to reach decision-makers.
• Prospect via cold calls, social media, email, and in-person meetings to win regional, corporate, and national accounts.
• Re-engage long-standing relationships using consultative selling.
• Present account strategy and tactical plans, documented in CRM.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service from first call to signed contract.
• Stay sharp on industry trends and competitive landscape to position North American Roofing.
• Travel up to 75% to meet customers where they are.
