Job summary

North American Roofing is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead complex B2B sales with property owners and facility managers. This remote field role lets you own your pipeline, accounts, and strategy while representing a roofing specialist with a 1979 legacy.

You will drive full sales cycles, build account strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-notch service from first call to signed contract. Expect travel up to 75% for on-site visits.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales experience with strong solution-selling background.
2+ years selling to large enterprise accounts.
Experience in roofing, facilities, or commercial construction sales.
Comfort with long, complex sales cycles involving major capital expenditures.
Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce; strong MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Drive full sales cycles from prospecting to close, targeting regional and enterprise-wide accounts.
Develop account-specific strategies to reach decision-makers and grow business within existing accounts.
Prospect through cold calling, social media, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Re-engage long-standing relationships and executive sponsors using consultative selling.
Build and present account strategy and tactical plans, documented in CRM.
Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service from first call to signed contract.
Stay sharp on industry trends and competitive landscape to position North American Roofing.
Travel as needed (up to 75%) to meet customers on-site.
