Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a GenFlex Regional Business Manager to drive regional sales growth, manage distributed sales reps, and execute business strategies that align with corporate goals.

You will be the liaison between field teams and leadership, building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and contractors. The role requires 5-7 years of sales management in roofing/building materials, and up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of sales management experience in building materials or roofing preferred.
• Travel up to 75% within the assigned region, including long distances or flights.
• Proven track record of managing independent sales representatives and driving sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with independent reps to identify opportunities and align with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide regular forecasts and sales reporting to leadership.
• Build strong relationships with independent reps, customers, distributors, and contractors.
• Lead rep performance reviews and provide training and tools to promote GenFlex products.
