Job summary

Smartcat is hiring an Enterprise Client Executive to protect, renew, and expand a large enterprise base from a remote US location. You will own renewals across a defined portfolio and drive expansion through multi-threaded relationships with executive sponsors.

The role emphasizes commercial rigor, AI fluency, and independent execution at mid-market velocity, with frequent on-site travel to customer locations as needed. You will report to the Sr. Director of Defend Account Management.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Renewal Management, or Enterprise AM roles in high growth SaaS.
• Proven track record owning Renewals and Expansion within existing accounts.
• Experience managing large account portfolios at velocity.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort traveling and being onsite with customers.
• Experience selling into enterprise buying environments.

Responsibilities

• Renewal Ownership & Base Protection across defined portfolio.
• Drive expansion ARR through cross-sell and new teams/regions.
• Manage multi-threaded relationships with business owners and executives.
• Forecasting, pipeline discipline, and risk identification.
• Strategic negotiations to close renewals and expansions.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure customer momentum.
