Job summary

Smartcat is seeking an Enterprise Client Executive to own renewal and expansion across a portfolio of large enterprise and strategic accounts. You will manage ~35 accounts, drive on-time renewals, and expand ARR by multi-threading relationships with executives and procurement, while translating the business value of AI-powered workflows.

You’ll operate at mid-market velocity, balance renewal rigor with growth opportunities, and partner with Field Delivery Engineers to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience owning renewals and expansions in high-growth SaaS.
• Proven track record selling into enterprise buying environments.

Responsibilities

• Renewal ownership across a defined portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Drive expansion ARR on top of renewals through cross-sell and upsell motions.
• Build multi-threaded relationships with business owners, functional leaders, procurement and C-level executives.
• Own forecasting and pipeline discipline for renewals and expansions.
