Job summary

Abbott seeks an Enterprise Project Manager in the Central United States for field-based remote work. You will lead complex customer-facing diagnostic implementations across large health systems, from pre-sales through go-live, hypercare, and closure to ensure successful outcomes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop project plans, manage risks, and guide customers through stabilization and post-go-live support, translating requirements into hardware, software, and informatics

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading customer-facing project implementations in healthcare, healthcare IT, medical devices, diagnostics, or related technical environments.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional deployments.
• Ability to travel extensively across the Central United States to support implementations.
• Experience leading projects involving software, hardware, workflow transformation, systems integration, or operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise diagnostic implementation projects spanning multiple facilities, regions, or health systems.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, schedules, resource strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Support pre-sales planning with implementation expertise and timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for customer leadership throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and escalation management.
