Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Typically requires 3–5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• 3+ years of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project management of implementations and integrations, leading post-close activities to shorten timelines.
• Coordinate involvement of customers, Field Sales Specialists and other resources for successful adoption of i-STAT products.
• Travel up to 80% to support business goals and territory coverage.
• Mentor/train new staff and serve as lead implementation personnel within the commercial organization.
• Ensure Quality System compliance and effective customer communications.
