Abbott Laboratories is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager for our Core Diagnostics division. This field-based remote role leads complex diagnostic implementations across multiple facilities in the Central United States, coordinating hardware, software, automation, and informatics integration to meet customer objectives.

You will drive project plans, schedules, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while guiding teams through go-live and stabilization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
5+ years leading customer-facing project implementations in healthcare or related technical environments.
Experience leading projects involving software, hardware, integration, or workflow improvements.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the Central United States to support implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise diagnostic implementation projects across multiple facilities or health systems.
Develop and execute implementation plans, schedules, resource strategies, and risk mitigation.
Provide implementation expertise for pre-sales opportunities and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Informatics, Automation, Clinical Applications, Service Engineering, and Operations.
Oversee customer readiness, validation, and go-live activities to ensure successful deployment.
