Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead medium-to-large cross-functional programs via the ePMO, from initiation to closeout. You’ll partner with business leaders, IT, and vendors to deliver technology implementations, process improvements, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluency with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery. This is a remote role with broad organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience leading initiatives with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects through full lifecycle using ePMO methods.
• Develop and maintain charters, integrated plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR, Sales.
• Facilitate governance via kickoff meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to drive alignment and accountability.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate risks and blockers for timely resolutions.
• Coordinate readiness activities incl. requirements, testing, UAT, training, change mgmt, Hypercare.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to remove barriers and ensure delivery.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and report to sponsors and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of ePMO governance, templates, and tools.
