Job summary

Tower Health’s Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO) seeks a project management professional to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across clinical, operational, and technology domains. You will drive project delivery, partner with senior leaders, and help build our PMO capabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and a focus on outcomes, with a mostly remote arrangement and periodic in-office work as needed in Pennsylvania markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Healthcare project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinking with focus on customer outcomes.
• Experience with project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to high complexity projects in ePMO.
• Apply PM framework and governance practices.
• Coordinate with clinical, operational, and IT teams.
• Provide coaching to junior staff and evolve PMO standards.
• Maintain documentation and status reporting.
