Colonial Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to align business ideas with technical execution. The Sr. PM will partner with executives, technology teams, and vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage delivery across a portfolio of projects.

The role emphasizes governance, multi-project coordination, and delivering complex software initiatives across ERP, WMS, OMS, CRM, and e-commerce systems, with strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and financial oversight.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with ERP, WMS, OMS, Planning, POS, E-Commerce Systems and related software platforms.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work cohesively within a team and coordinate across functions.
• Detail-oriented, self-organized, and capable of tracking multiple issues simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Manage all sizes of projects and oversee software implementation initiatives.
• Lead analysis, design, and implementation with in-house and third-party teams.
• Coordinate portfolio planning, prioritization, and stakeholder relations.
• Handle large-scale application modernization projects (ERP, CRM, OMS, WMS, etc).
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and financials to keep projects on track.
• Act as day-to-day contact for business and IS teams, building strong relationships.
