Zoom is seeking a Premier Support Manager to lead a team of Technical Account Managers delivering high-touch support for strategic enterprise accounts. You will coach, develop talent, set performance goals, and act as an executive escalation resource, partnering with Customer Success, Service Engineering, and Sales.
The role reports to senior leadership within Zoom’s Global Premier Support organization and may require travel to offices and customer sites.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in technical, customer-facing teams.
- 5+ years of SaaS or UC space with enterprise exposure.
- Track record delivering data-driven, executive-level influence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS or related field.
Responsabilités
- Lead, coach, and develop a TAM team delivering Premier Support experiences.
- Recruit, onboard, and grow TAM talent while upholding quality standards.
- Define team KPIs, quarterly goals, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Serve as executive escalation resource for complex customer issues.
- Partner with Sales and CS to strengthen customer relationships across Premier.
