This role offers growth during a pivotal expansion phase, focusing on governance, visibility into initiatives, and ongoing capability development within the EPMO.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program, transformation, or enterprise operations.
• Proven record leading large, complex initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with program management tools and reporting practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced certification or degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners to map visibility into enterprise initiatives and track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Lead the execution of cross-functional programs from concept to delivery, meeting milestones and KPIs.
• Identify and resolve execution barriers; promote continuous improvement and outcome-based delivery.
• Drive governance and reporting routines; facilitate reviews and maintain transparency into program health.
• Support the evolution of the EPMO's capabilities, processes, and tools to sustain high execution discipline.
