Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Program Director - EPMO to lead critical enterprise programs, translating strategic priorities into actionable cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership to elevate execution standards and deliver measurable results in a remote setting.

In this role, you will drive governance, track milestones and KPIs, remove execution barriers, and evolve the EPMO's capabilities with proactive reporting and disciplined delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program, transformation, or enterprise operations.
• Proven record leading large, complex initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams toward goals.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with program management tools and reporting practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced certification or degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners to develop visibility into enterprise initiatives, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, with milestones and KPIs.
• Identify and resolve execution barriers, promoting continuous improvement and outcome-based delivery.
• Drive governance and reporting routines, facilitating reviews and transparent program health.
• Support evolution of the EPMO's capabilities, processes, and tools to sustain high standards of execution discipline.
