Job summary

In this role, you will drive governance, track milestones and KPIs, remove execution barriers, and evolve the EPMO's capabilities with proactive reporting and disciplined delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program, transformation, or enterprise operations.
• Proven record leading large, complex initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams toward goals.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with program management tools and reporting practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced certification or degrees preferred.
