Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Program Director – EPMO to partner with senior leadership and steer enterprise programs from concept to delivery. You will translate strategic priorities into cross-functional initiatives, driving governance, metrics, and execution discipline across the organization.

This remote role offers exposure to a broad network of clients and opportunities to elevate delivery standards, with a focus on measurable outcomes and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced certification or degrees preferred.
• Proven track record leading large, complex initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams toward goals.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with program management tools and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners to develop visibility into enterprise initiatives, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.
• Identify and resolve execution barriers, promoting continuous improvement and outcome-based delivery.
• Drive governance and reporting routines, facilitating reviews and decision-making meetings, maintaining transparency into program health.
• Support the evolution of the EPMO's capabilities, processes, and tools to sustain high execution discipline.

Overview

As Program Director – EPMO, you will lead critical enterprise programs, translating strategic priorities into actionable, cross-functional initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide delivery excellence, shape governance practices, and partner with top leaders in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with program management tools and reporting practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced certification or degrees preferred.

Estimated Min Rate: $80.00
