Job summary

Flexential Corp. is seeking an Enterprise Physical Security Installation Supervisor to oversee physical security systems across a national footprint.

The role requires expert handling of access control, video security, and intrusion systems, with project leadership across multiple sites and strong vendor coordination. The candidate will manage design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of security infrastructure, work with compliance teams, and drive continuous improvement of security

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience with low voltage systems: access control, IP video, intrusion alarms.
• Extensive experience managing projects and personnel across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of network design, switches and firewall concepts.
• Ability to read site plans and schematics and implement security controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as a security SME for interactions with employees, customers and vendors.
• Lead design and construction of physical security environments in new builds and retrofits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to document and communicate requirements.
• Manage projects and vendors using industry standards and best practices.
• Audit, troubleshoot and maintain physical security systems and procedures.
