Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead for Protective Operations to design, install, and maintain enterprise access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems across manufacturing, test, launch, and office locations.

You will lead projects, troubleshoot hardware, and work closely with IT, Facilities, Engineering, and Operations to deliver secure, scalable solutions while staying technically hands-on.

Qualifications

• Years of experience installing and servicing enterprise security systems.
• Ability to design, install, configure, commission, and troubleshoot access control, CCTV, and physical security systems.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage security infrastructure, door hardware, and network fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and maintain enterprise security systems across Relativity Space facilities.
• Lead projects and manage vendor partners while remaining hands-on in the field.
• Troubleshoot and repair access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection hardware and software.
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Engineering, and Operations to align security programs with business goals.
