Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Network Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise network systems across multiple sites. You will troubleshoot performance, monitor traffic, and provide capacity planning with second/third level support.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Infoblox and SolarWinds, plus WAN/LAN expertise and routing/switching skills. Cincinnati-based with remote work and travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma required.
• 3–4 years experience in a related field required.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Palo Alto, Infoblox, F5, and Wireless.
• Experience with network management and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to other I.S. Network Service members and support staff.
• Plan and implement improvements to network infrastructure components.
• Research network products, services, protocols, and standards.
• Monitors and analyzes network performance across LANs, WANs, and wireless deployments.
• Ensure stable operation and capacity planning for networks; recommend enhancements.
• Plan budgeting for network hardware and software procurement and assist in project planning.
• Interact with vendors and contractors to secure products and services.
