Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; four years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on network support/engineering experience.
• Degree not in related field requires four additional years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity issues (switches, routers, APs).
• Provide Tier 2 support for network incidents and service requests.
• Monitor and support enterprise LAN and wireless infrastructure.
• Manage tickets using ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Document troubleshooting steps, root causes, and resolutions.
• Assist Tier 1 with diagnostics and resolution; escalate to Tier 3 as needed.
• Support ongoing network maintenance and operational activities.
• Handle multiple priorities while meeting SLAs and deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
