North is seeking an Enterprise Merchant Credit Analyst to underwrite and review merchant credit card payment processing submissions. You will provide detailed financial analyses, develop risk-mitigating solutions, and support sales partners with timely decisions.

Role requires five years of underwriting experience in bank card/merchant processing, plus strong financial analysis skills. North emphasizes flexible scheduling and a collaborative risk-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting (or equivalent).
• Minimum five years of commercial underwriting experience in bank card/merchant payment processing.
• 2 years of financial analysis experience with writing assessments.
• Must be confident making underwriting decisions and communicating with Sales Partners and merchants by phone and email.
• Ability to adapt priorities for peak periods to ensure service levels.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support departmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and review new merchant submissions and various underwriting submissions.
• Provide recommendations to management aligned with NAB's risk appetite.
• Serve as a communication channel for sales partners via phone and email.
• Conduct financial analysis to support risk mitigation strategies and client reviews.
• Mentor and guide team members on a day-to-day basis.
• Handle high risk or high volume accounts across multiple processing environments.
