Job summary

Electronic Payments is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Monitoring Analyst to monitor merchant activity, review underwriting documents, and conduct risk assessments in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong Excel/MS Office skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to manage multiple investigations and deadlines while educating merchants on guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong deductive reasoning and ability to assess financials.

Responsibilities

• Monitor merchant activity through report analysis and outbound calls to verify compliance.
• Decide funds and conduct evaluations on high-risk merchant accounts.
• Analyze credit, financial, and underwriting documentation.
• Determine reserve amounts and releases.
• Educate merchants on processing guidelines and security measures.
• Communicate risk actions and outcomes to stakeholders.
