Job summary

Terrestris LLC seeks a Project Manager / Task Lead to manage IT initiatives supporting IRS desktop, endpoint, and user-support environments in a remote setting. You will oversee planning, coordination, deployment, and delivery while ensuring schedules and budgets are met and communications with government stakeholders are clear.

You will lead IPTs, track risks, prepare briefings, and manage transitions through implementation and steady-state operations. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure or endpoint-management projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project schedules, risks, deployments, and operational transitions.
• PMP, CAPM, ITIL Foundation, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project-management certifications.
• Must undergo a High-Risk Background Investigation and a 7-panel drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects supporting the IRS desktop, endpoint, and user-support environments.
• Oversee planning, coordination, deployment, and delivery of IT initiatives within schedule and budget.
• Serve as primary government-contractor contact for contract performance, staffing, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead project meetings, track risks and issues, and prepare management reports and briefings.
