Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is looking for an IT Implementation Project Manager to lead and coordinate a range of infrastructure projects across branch and corporate locations. The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States, requiring strong collaboration with Facilities, Engineering, and vendors.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and documentation while ensuring projects meet company standards and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of IT project coordination/management experience in IT infrastructure, telecommunications, or related tech environments.
• Experience delivering IT infrastructure projects including cabling, data networks, VoIP, and related services.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT infrastructure projects from initiation to deployment across branch and corporate locations.
• Coordinate network, voice, wireless, cabling, and infrastructure deployments with Facilities, Engineering, and vendors.
• Review site surveys, documentation, and plans to define project requirements and execution steps.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including SOWs, BOMs, procurement, and contractor activities.
• Provide project communications, status updates, and ensure operational readiness at project close.
