Job summary

Booker DiMaio is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a technology modernization effort for the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.

You will manage a technical team supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, data warehousing, reporting, dashboards, and analytics for federal stakeholders. You will coordinate workstreams, manage schedules and resources, monitor performance, and ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing federal government programs or projects.
• Experience coordinating multi‑workstream technology initiatives (IT modernization, data, or reporting).
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive briefing skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables with independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day project management of the technical team.
• Serve as primary point of contact for government stakeholders.
• Coordinate execution across multiple technical workstreams (MS 365, SharePoint, data, analytics).
• Prepare status reports and executive briefings for leadership.
• Lead project status meetings and resolve issues related to scope, schedule, and risks.
