ITT Inc. is seeking an experienced Hosting Services Administrator to provide support for hosted data center services, server computing environments, and Identity sources (Active Directory and EntraID).

The role manages systems and storage in corporate and remote data centers, contributing to data center infrastructure administration. The candidate will administer on‑premise and cloud platforms, implement changes, ensure security, participate in DR tests, and draft documentation while supporting

Qualifications

• College degree in computer science, information sciences or related field with 3 years of experience; OR 5+ years relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware & operating systems (Compute, Storage, Windows & Linux Server).
• Working knowledge of HyperV and VMWare
• Working knowledge of enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Azure Backup and CommVault).
• Working knowledge of Patching and remediation tools (Ansible, Powershell, Insight Dashboard, Nessus, SCCM/MECM, Azure Arc)
• Knowledge of industry standard maintenance practices and monitoring tools; Solarwinds preferred.
• Experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS; Infrastructure as Code; Windows AD and Azure EntraID; enterprise virtualization; SCVMM and SCCM preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions; scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Experience with TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewall basics.
• AS/400 (iSeries) a plus

Responsabilités

• Executes the team’s objectives for local, global, and cloud data centers.
• Administers on prem and cloud platforms and maintains the required configuration.
• Provides ongoing technical support for on-prem and cloud environments globally to assure cost effective operation.
• Implements the change, upgrade, or removal of current systems.
• Works with business partners to implement new infrastructure/systems as required.
• Recognizes and identifies areas where policies/procedures require change and makes recommendations.
• Ensures security standards are met and addresses deficiencies.
• Participates in disaster recovery testing.
• Remediates incidents and service requests.
• Drafts operational documentation as requested.
• Provide support for Azure IaaS/PaaS, SCCM, SCVMM, virtualization, backup (CommVault), Solarwinds) globally.
• Manage enterprise storage systems and hosting solutions; maintain continuous availability; on-call rotation.
