Job summary
Greenhouse is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead mid-market and enterprise customers through successful implementations and launches. You will empower customers to complete implementations on track and ensure time to first value while driving the overall value of Greenhouse through problem solving and mentorship.

Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience with global entities and multiple stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience with Enterprise customers (1,000+ employees).
- Background delivering complex software implementations or technical projects.
- Ability to break down terminology for various audiences.
- Experience communicating with leadership-level customer personas.
Responsibilities
- Lead mid-market and enterprise customers through successful implementations and launches.
- Empower customers to complete implementation on track for optimal timelines and time to value.
- Drive value of Greenhouse through implementation, navigating roadblocks.
- Provide support and mentorship with knowledge of products, services and best practices.
- Own tasks like system design, product training, configuration, and rollout strategies.
- Advocate for client needs to internal teams (support, product, engineering, sales).
- Partner with internal teams for smooth post-implementation transition and data migrations.
