Job summary

PerfectServe is a remote-first company delivering enterprise healthcare communication solutions. The Implementation Consultant I will join our team to support full-cycle deployments across health systems, guiding workstreams and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-lives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and diagramming tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering or IT discipline preferred but not required.
• Prior customer-facing or service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and diagramming tools (Visio/Lucidchart) including Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned workstreams within large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across complex environments.
• Support planning and go-live events, serving as a primary contact for designated functional areas.
• Provide workflow consulting for clinical, patient-care, and operational teams.
