Job summary

Leena AI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end client engagements for enterprise clients. You will drive planning, kickoff, and successful go-lives, coordinating across Implementation, Engineering, and Product teams.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of delivering AI and digital transformation projects in a B2B SaaS environment. You will manage multiple onboardings and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years in a client-facing project management capacity in a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record leading enterprise and mid-market client engagements with AI/digital projects and system integrations.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to and communicating with senior stakeholders (C-suite, VPs, Directors).
• Experience delivering B2B SaaS implementations with real system integrations (HRIS, ITSM, identity providers, ticketing).
• Ability to demo high-level product features end-to-end and diagnose issues in admin/backend layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagement from planning and kickoff to go-live.
• Manage a portfolio of onboardings and implementations at varying stages and sizes.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and relationships.
• Oversee AI/digital project implementations and integrations with Product/Tech teams.
• Provide hands-on product fluency, demo capabilities, and issue triage.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Promote best PM practices and process improvements to optimize delivery.
