Job summary

Unite Us is hiring a Senior Technical Implementation Architect, Interoperability, to lead technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations. You will guide planning, assess integration feasibility, and translate complex requirements into practical interoperability strategies.

The role collaborates with customer leaders, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful data exchange and secure access patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical implementations, enterprise integrations, interoperability initiatives, or technical solution delivery.
• Demonstrated experience as the primary technical owner for enterprise interoperability implementations.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR, US Core, FHIR Implementation Guides, HL7v2, identity and authentication protocols.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical implementation strategies and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead interoperability planning and technical execution from planning through delivery.
• Evaluate feasibility, analyze tradeoffs, and recommend approaches aligned with customer needs and platform capabilities.
• Identify system boundaries, data exchange responsibilities, and governance needs across the customer ecosystem.
• Participate in technical discovery sessions, workshops, and planning with stakeholders and partners.
• Develop technical recommendations, troubleshoot interoperability challenges, and guide implementation decisions.
