Job summary

Blue Frog, the North American hub of Avidly, is seeking a HubSpot Implementation Consultant to join our sales team and lead complex HubSpot projects.

You will partner with the CRO on technically demanding deals, design implementations, own SOWs, and shepherd engagements from discovery to delivery, with remote considered for qualified candidates. This role emphasizes collaboration, stakeholder management, and closing enterprise opportunities.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience as a consultant or RevOps lead.
Fluency across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs; Ops and Content Hub experience a plus.
Comfort discussing RESTful APIs, data sync, and middleware from a strategic perspective.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery with RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and IT stakeholders.
Architect HubSpot implementation approaches and integrations.
Identify and scope integrations with third‑party systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, BigQuery).
Own end-to-end SOWs, including phases, deliverables, estimates, and exclusions.
Run pricing conversations and navigate procurement to close deals.
Collaborate with delivery to ensure what was sold is built.
Identify risks and keep deals well-scoped.
Stay current on HubSpot enterprise tools and pricing.
