Everpeak is seeking a HubSpot Consultant to join our growing team. This remote 1099 contractor role starts at 5–10 hours per week and grows with client demand.

You will work directly with clients from discovery to post-go-live support, translating needs into technical requirements and driving data hygiene initiatives. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of HubSpot experience, a business-focused mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work Agile with weekly client sprints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time HubSpot experience.
• Not employed full-time at 40 hours/week.
• Business-minded thinker providing actionable client solutions.
• Proactive problem solver who identifies opportunities beyond explicit asks.
• HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile, weekly client sprints, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients from discovery through solution implementation and post-go-live support.
• Translate client needs into precise technical requirements.
• Proactively propose new solutions within the client’s context.
• Handle code-related tasks independently where applicable.
• Validate configurations via internal testing and user acceptance testing facilitation.
• Analyze data, cleanse data, and import large data sets while maintaining hygiene.
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and clear communication.
