Job summary

Agfa HealthCare Corporation is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to drive sales of our IT portfolio to hospitals and health systems. You’ll build consultative relationships, manage funnel in CRM, and lead territory plans while traveling up to 60% to meet customers and attend meetings and tradeshows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with seven+ years in complex enterprise software or digital diagnostic systems sales.
• Experience selling enterprise IT solutions to hospitals and large health systems.
• Active C‑level relationships within assigned geography are essential.

Responsibilities

• Hit annual sales plans by prioritizing prospecting and closing new business.
• Manage territory and named accounts with a consultative sales approach.
• Develop relationships with multiple buying influences (C‑Level, CFO, CIO, CEO, CMIO...).
• Maintain funnel in CRM and drive account strategy to close deals.
• Create and execute annual business/territory plans with quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with colleagues on growth strategies and product knowledge.
• Understand market drivers and customer objectives to shape deals.
