Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive experience selling enterprise healthcare software and IT solutions.
• 7+ years in complex enterprise sales with multiple decision makers.
• Direct sales to hospitals, health systems, and academic medical centers.
• Strong relationships with C-level executives in assigned geography.
• Ability to articulate a compelling value proposition for a portfolio of IT solutions.
• Experience selling multi-million-dollar healthcare software solutions.
• Proficiency in strategic selling and related processes/tools.
• Knowledge of enterprise imaging/software products in healthcare.
• Self-starter with independent work style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales plan by prioritizing prospecting and selling time.
• Manage future market opportunity in assigned geography and accounts.
• Develop consultative sales relationships with key buying influences at multiple levels.
• Own funnel management in CRM and execute territory development and account strategy.
• Develop and execute annual business/territory plans to hit quota and growth metrics.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners on closing strategies in territory and accounts.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of Agfa HealthCare IT portfolio and competitive offerings.
• Understand market drivers and customer objectives within the territory.
