Agfa HealthCare Corporation is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to sell IT solutions to hospitals and health systems on the West Coast. This role emphasizes strategic planning, funnel management, and high‑level relationship development with C‑level stakeholders.

You will travel up to 60% within the territory, collaborate with colleagues on growth strategies, and expand market share for the enterprise imaging and IT portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in complex enterprise software sales.
• Direct sales to hospitals/health systems in large environments.
• Advanced, active C‑level relationships in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed annual sales quota for hospitals and health systems.
• Develop and manage a multi‑year territory plan.
• Build consultative relationships with key buying influences (C‑level to CMIO/CFO/CIO).
• Own funnel management in the CRM and drive territory development.
• Collaborate with internal teams on closing strategies.
• Maintain current product knowledge of IT portfolio and competitive landscape.
• Travel up to 60% within territory and for meetings/tradeshows.
