Job summary

Agfa HealthCare, a leading provider of Enterprise Imaging IT solutions, seeks an Enterprise Sales Director to drive new and existing business across hospitals and health systems. You will own the sales lifecycle, build executive-level relationships, and lead territory development while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

You will develop strategic plans, manage the funnel in CRM, and target multi‑million‑dollar opportunities, supported by your deep healthcare software experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 7+ years in complex enterprise software sales.
• Experience selling to hospitals, academic medical centers, and large health systems.
• Active C‑Level relationships within the assigned geography are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales plan by prioritizing prospecting and selling time.
• Manage future market opportunity potential in the assigned geography and accounts.
• Develop consultative relationships with key buying influences at multiple levels.
• Maintain funnel management in the CRM, drive territory development, and close deals.
• Develop and execute an annual business/territory plan aligned to quota attainment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners on closing strategies and growth.
• Maintain product knowledge of Agfa HealthCare IT portfolio.
• Understand market drivers and customer objectives across accounts.
