Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience selling enterprise healthcare software to hospitals and health systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong relationships with C-level buyers in healthcare.
• Experience with CRM and sales process discipline.
• Ability to develop territory plans and hit annual quotas.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales plan by prioritizing prospecting and selling time to generate new business.
• Manage the future market opportunity potential of the assigned geography and named accounts.
• Develop consultative sales relationships with key buying influences at multiple levels (C‑Level, CFO, CIO, CEO, CMIO).
• Adhere to the sales process with funnel management in the CRM system and drive territory development.
• Develop and execute an annual business/territory plan supporting quota attainment and market share growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to close deals and grow strategies in the territory and accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of Agfa HealthCare’s IT portfolio and market drivers in the region.
