Paylocity is seeking a sales professional to drive new business in large organizations with 1,500+ employees, focusing on payroll and HR solutions. You will work in a team selling environment, leverage internal support, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role emphasizes a consultative approach, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to meet aggressive quotas. This is a fully remote U.S. position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quota-driven B2B sales, enterprise experience preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate to the C-Suite.
• Proven prospecting and closing skills.
• Competitive, resilient, and goal-driven.
• Strong presentation and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs for Payroll and HR solutions in large organizations (1500+ employees).
• Collaborate with internal partners to increase close rate.
• Prepare and present proposals; follow up through the sales process.
• Coordinate data conversion from prior payroll provider and ensure smooth transition.
• Develop prospects via cold calls, referrals, and events.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Travel within defined territory.
