Base pay ranges from $96,400 to $144,600 per year, with a 30% variable component and RSU equity, aiming for an OTE of up to $188,000. Expect collaboration across mortgage, banking, and fintech sectors and responsibility for strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• Enterprise relationship management in regulated financial sectors (mortgage, banking).
• Blockchain/RWA tokenization domain expertise — a rapidly growing and scarce skill set.
• Cross-functional collaboration with legal, product, credit, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key private-label lending partners across mortgage, banking, and fintech.
• Track and interpret performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, product, marketing, credit, and technical teams to support partner needs.
• Guide partners through integration, implementation, and ongoing adoption initiatives.
• Lead QBRs and partner discussions that clearly tie goals to measurable outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for partner leadership, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support escalations and coordinate with internal teams to drive resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement, expand use cases, and grow revenue.
