Job summary

Verse is seeking a highly analytical Senior Business Operations Analyst to support Dispatch Intelligence growth and execution. The role spans program management and asset onboarding, working across Customer, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to create scalable processes and a high-performing operating model.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical problem-solving with project management, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and has experience in renewable energy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a top-tier consulting firm or similar rigorous, stakeholder-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end and drive execution.
• Customer-forward mindset with ability to translate feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data-savvy and able to distill insights from analytics teams.
• Collaborative and proactive, comfortable across fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
• Experience working in renewable energy space.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional execution of Dispatch Intelligence initiatives across multiple teams.
• Create visibility into priorities, milestones, dependencies, ownership, and progress.
• Establish lightweight operating processes and regular cadences to align teams.
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks and work with teams to resolve them.
• Translate project activity into updates and decisions for leadership.
• Improve how Dispatch Intelligence projects are planned, tracked, and executed as the org scales.
• Clarify requirements, scope, priorities, ownership, and next steps for new initiatives.
• Onboard flexible energy assets onto the Verse platform and monitor onboarding status and asset performance.
